Local government reform – moving beyond the proposals and preparing well for change
Local government reorganisation is a once-in-a-generation opportunity. It’s also deeply complex. The current focus is on preparing the business case, but what needs to happen after it’s submitted? This session will focus on how authorities can create a clear structure, consistent thinking, and practical actions that will prepare them well for change.
