We’ll discuss the findings from our 2023/24 Auditors’ Annual Reports. The analysis will focus on seven of the nine most recently created unitaries, including the key trends, and areas of risk and improvement identified.

This session will focus on how authorities can create a clear structure, consistent thinking, and practical actions that will prepare them well for change.
